None of our templates require a paid Canva account — you can absolutely use them with the free version.
If you’ve been on the fence about Canva Pro, I’d recommend just testing it. Do the 7-day free trial and see if it actually makes your workflow easier.
Personally, the features I love most in the paid version are the expanded stock photo library, premium graphics, and the Background Remover. Those alone can save so much time and elevate the final look without extra effort.
But again, you don’t need Pro to use our templates. It’s just there if you’re ready to level up your process.

Once you’ve customized your template, just click Share in the top right corner, then hit Download. From there, choose your file type — I usually recommend PNG for static posts and MP4 for reels or animated content — and you’re good to go.
If you’re batch creating, you can select multiple pages and download them all at once.
Simple. Clean. Done.We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

Head to the second slide of your monthly content and check the Quick Start guide — there’s a screenshot showing you exactly where to look.
All of your captions are inside Canva, in the “Notes” tab on each slide. Just click into the slide, open Notes, and you’ll see the prompt written out and ready to use.
No digging. No extra documents. Everything is built right into the template to keep it simple.

Each lead magnet promo post comes with a placeholder image built in.
Once you’ve finished customizing your actual lead magnet, download the first page as a PNG file. That becomes your mockup image.
Then head back into Canva, upload that PNG, and simply replace the placeholder photo on the promo post with your new image.
It’s quick, it keeps everything cohesive, and it makes your promo feel polished and intentional.

It really depends on what email platform you’re using.
Option one (the easiest):
Customize the template in Canva, then download all pages as PNG files. From there, upload the images directly into your email platform. This is the fastest, most plug-and-play option — but keep in mind, you won’t be using the dynamic features inside your email software (like buttons, personalization, countdowns, etc.).Option two (more customizable):
Use the Canva template as your visual guide, then copy and paste each section into your email platform and rebuild it using their native elements. This takes a little more time, but it allows you to fully leverage things like clickable buttons, styling controls, and automation features.Neither option is wrong — it just depends on how hands-on you want to be and how advanced your email strategy is right now.

Item Our stock photos come from two places: the free stock library inside Canva and Haute Stock.
If you’re wanting a more elevated, cohesive, lifestyle-driven look, I highly recommend Haute Stock. Their imagery is clean, feminine, and intentionally styled — perfect if you’re positioning yourself as premium.
If you’d like to try it, you can use this link:

Totally optional — but if visuals matter to your brand (and they should), it’s a great upgrade.
Maximizing Your Membership
This membership isn’t just “content.”
It’s strategy-backed visibility and intentional audience growth.
If you use it correctly, it builds consistency, authority, and real relationships — not just posts on a grid.
Here’s how I recommend getting the most out of it:
Download your content on the third Thursday of each month.
Click the links provided and save everything to your Canva account. Once it’s there, it stays there — so you can organize, duplicate, and repurpose as needed.Review and customize everything before posting.
Go through your social posts, captions, newsletter, and lead magnet. Adjust the messaging so it sounds like you. The strategy is done for you — the voice should still be yours.Promote your lead magnet intentionally.
Use the “Lead Magnet Promo Post” included in your content. Your lead magnet should always be exchanged for contact information — either through a form or DM (with clear consent). Once they opt in, add them to your newsletter list. Audience growth without email capture is just noise. Build the list.Use the newsletter template to lead with value.
Each month, promote your current lead magnet inside your newsletter. Your inbox strategy should reinforce your social strategy — not compete with it.Schedule your content in advance.
Batch it. Load it. Automate it. Then show up on Stories throughout the month to expand on key posts and build connections.Don’t post and ghost.
Visibility without engagement won’t convert. Spend a few minutes daily responding to comments, liking posts, and starting conversations in DMs.
Consistency builds awareness.
Conversation builds trust.
Trust builds sales.
That’s how you maximize this membership.
